1. Who these terms are with

goai.qa is operated by Go A I for Artificial Intelligence Consultancy W.L.L., commercial registration number 246530, in Doha, Qatar. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company and “you” means anyone using this website.

Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. What this site is, and is not

This site describes what GoAI does. It is marketing material, written to be accurate, and it is not advice, a quotation, or an offer capable of acceptance.

Nothing here creates a service between us. A service begins when we and a client sign a separate written agreement. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins for that client.

3. The prices shown here

Prices on this site are in Qatari riyals, per month, for the packages described beside them. They are current as at the date at the top of this page and may change.

The site also says plainly what it does not state: setup time, contract length and any setup fee are not on this page, and are agreed in writing before anything begins. A price here is not a quotation and binds neither of us until that agreement exists.

4. Using the site

You may read this site, print it, and link to it. You may not:

• interfere with the site or the systems serving it, or try to reach anything on them that is not published;
• harvest its content in bulk by automated means, or reuse its text, drawings or images as your own;
• present the site, or anything on it, as somebody else's work or as an endorsement we have not given.

Interfering with an information system in Qatar is also a criminal matter under Law No. 14 of 2014 on the Prevention of Cybercrime, and we treat it as one.

5. What you send us

The demo form opens your own email program with your answers filled in. Nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself. What we do with it afterwards is in the Privacy Policy.

Send us only what the form asks for. Do not send another person's personal data, and do not send anything of a special nature under the data protection law, such as health or religious information. If any arrives we delete it.

Under Law No. 16 of 2010 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions, an electronic message between us has the same validity as a signed paper one. Write to us on that footing, and we will do the same.

6. Availability

We try to keep this site up and correct. We do not promise that it is always available, always current, or free of error, and we may change it, move it or take parts of it down without telling you first. Nothing on this page is a service level; those live in a client agreement.

7. What belongs to whom

The design, text, drawings, marks and code of this site belong to us or to those we licensed them from. The GoAI name and wordmark are ours.

The client names and logos shown here remain the property of those clients. They appear because they are our clients, not as an endorsement of anything you may do.

The third-party products this site names, among them n8n, Supabase, Gemini, Vapi and Unipile, belong to their own owners. Naming them says what GoAI is built on; it is not a claim that they endorse us.

8. The claims on this site

This site is written to be checkable. Where it says a channel is answering today, it is. Where something is not live, it says so rather than implying otherwise. If you find a statement here that is no longer true, write to hello@goai.qa and we will correct it.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law of Qatar permits, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any right you have as a consumer under Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.

10. Privacy and storage

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data this site handles. Our Cookie Policy lists everything kept in your browser, which is two settings of the site's own and, if you allow it, two Google Analytics cookies. Refusing is one click, in the notice or on that page. Both policies form part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies is always the one on this page, with the date at the top of it. Using the site after a change means accepting the version you find here.

12. Governing law, and where a dispute goes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

A dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the competent courts of the State of Qatar.
